Cold Homes and Health toolkit
Cold homes and unaffordable fuel bills can lead to poor health for the most vulnerable people – pensioners, the long-term sick or disabled, and young children. Fuel poverty affects one in ten households in England.
Our partners Citizens Advice, working with Cornwall Council, have developed two toolkits to help health services and local authorities tackle the problem of cold homes and the impact they have on health. The toolkits aim to build awareness and referrals of people to get help and support.
