Launch of Women’s Mental Health Network

Wish, a women’s mental health charity, will be launching the Women’s Mental Health Network with an event on Friday 8 June in Cecil Sharp House, Camden. The event, Turn Up The Volume, will be a display of brilliant female voices who all want to see a change in the mental health system and will include comedy, poetry and music.

The event will raise money for the Women’s Mental Health Network, which will work to improve the current mental health system and criminal justice system for women, including the community services these women use. The network’s aim is to tailor these services to be more gender-specific so that women within the system will be believed, respected and treated well.
