For small charities: how to measure loneliness
A new resource, A brief guide to measuring loneliness for charities and social enterprises, has been developed by the What Works Centre for Wellbeing especially for smaller organisations to use.
It contains four simple questions that you can ask people about loneliness, along with a version suitable for children and young people, or those for whom simpler language is more suitable.
The guide is short and easy to use. What Works would like to hear your feedback on the questions – whether you are using them or whether you think they won’t work for your community, they are interested in your views.
