Why is health literacy so important?
Health Literacy UK and Stoke-on-Trent City Council Public Health invite you to join them at a seminar on the 10th of October , which will focus on the importance of health literacy to children and their carers.
The seminar will include the presentation of research and practical examples of health literacy in action. There will also be opportunities for networking and sharing good practice.
Anyone with an interest in health literacy, and in particular anyone working with children and their carers are invited to come along. Health practitioners, educators, researchers and those involved in health policy development are particularly encouraged to take part.
Delegate fee:
£60 for non-members. £50 for Health Literacy UK Members. £10 for Students.
