Do you offer holistic care to your community?

FaithAction is working with NHS England and NHS Improvement to hold a roundtable discussion, focused on how faith-based organisations are offering holistic care to people in their communities, including spiritual or pastoral support.  We’ll be asking: what is happening, and what works best? We’re looking for models that work well and could be replicated elsewhere. Please get in touch if you feel that you have experiences to share and would like to be part of shaping how the NHS works with communities in the years to come.  The roundtable will take place in London on 3 October at 11am – NHS England will fund reasonable travel costs but this must be arranged as soon as possible.
