Developing a new Inclusion Health Audit Tool Workshop for Primary Care Networks
Friends, Families and Travellers, along with Homeless Link, have been asked by NHS England and NHS Improvement to develop a new Inclusion Health Audit Tool for Primary Care Networks, which helps networks to assess their current work in tackling health inequalities faced by Inclusion Health groups and gives tailored guidance to support networks to improve their engagement.
As part of this project, they are holding three workshops. They are inviting PCNs to attend the workshops to scope out what information, guidance, and topics Primary Care Networks would most like to see included in the audit tool. This will then be included in the development of the tool. The second and third workshops are also for Experts by Experience and VCSE organisations to attend with PCNs.
For more information and to sign up to the first workshop, please visit www.eventbrite.co.uk.
For VCSE organisations working with inclusion health groups, there are a few places left on the other two workshops. Please contact Sam, [email protected], if you are interested in attending.
