Your experiences of public service contracts during the pandemic

NCVO, Clinks, Children England, Locality, and the Lloyds Bank Foundation are collaborating on developing principles and guidance on what the ‘new normal’ of commissioning and contracting should look like.

They have put out a call for evidence from organisations delivering public services about their experiences of commissioning since the COVID-19 crisis began. They are seeking evidence on any commissioning and contracting behaviours good, bad or mixed. They will use this evidence to inform the development of a set of principles, and to make the case for flexible and collaborative approaches to commissioning to become or stay the norm into the future.
