Shaping Our Lives: Inclusive Involvement Survey

Shaping Our Lives have a mission to advance the involvement of Deaf and Disabled people, service users and others facing barriers when accessing services. Their Inclusive Involvement Survey aims to find out what would help you to take part and influence services to work better for you and other people in similar situations. Some examples of involvement activities are completing a survey about a local health service, taking part in a focus group with your local authority or providing lived experiences to students on a social work degree course.
