Salford CVS: The Wellbeing Matters Community Asset Fund  

Grants of up to £15,000 are available for Salford-based voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations for social prescribing activities which improve health and wellbeing.

The Wellbeing Matters Community Asset Fund is seeking to award funding to local groups and organisations to help them establish themselves as providers of community activities and services that Salford CVS’s Wellbeing Matters can connect people into, which in turn will support those individuals to lead happier and healthier lives.

Proposals should look to address needs such as tackling social isolation, poor mental health, and drug and alcohol dependency.
