Funding Opportunity: London Catalyst and the Hospital Saturday Fund
London Catalyst and the Hospital Saturday Fund have come together to launch a new round of ‘Partners for Health’ for 2022. Grants of up to £10,000 are available for social action projects tackling health inequalities in London.
‘Partners for Health’ is open to charities that are developing a response to health and social care inequalities which involve joint working with an expert partner.
This programme may be of interest to groups supporting clients with long term health conditions, complex needs and/or disabilities. You may like to include the link to the programme in your mailouts or on your website.
