Carers UK – Unpaid carers: preventing malnutrition and supporting positive nutrition
Carers UK are hosting a webinar on Wednesday 22nd March from 3-4pm to launch their new report, Spotlight on Nutrition.
The report will provide new insight on unpaid carers views and priorities when caring for relatives and friends who are underweight or overweight.
Taking perspectives from carers and simple information and advice, to looking at more strategic commissioning decisions, the webinar will cover the evidence and the critical role of carers as well as the policy solutions and practice that needs to deliver change.
The work has been supported by Nutricia, and guest speakers include Dr Adrian Hayter, National Clinical Director for Older People and Integrated Person Centred Care from NHS England and Improvement.
