Calling Link Workers! Survey on Activities Run or Supported by Faith Groups in Social Prescribing
Theos, Good Faith Partnership and ChurchWorks want to find out about and evidence the scale and scope of faith engagement in social prescribing across England in order to inform and promote future collaborations between faith groups and those working in social prescribing. FaithAction is supporting this work.
The project aims to promote and facilitate further collaboration between faith groups and social prescribers. This will be done through sharing examples of projects run and supported by faith groups that are socially prescribed into as well as providing recommendations for navigating commons challenges or concerns when building this relationship.
They have created a survey aimed at social prescribing link workers, which can be accessed here. The deadline for completing this survey is 31st December 2023, and should only take 5-10 minutes to complete.
