NHS England looking for health inequalities training for non-clinical staff
NHS England is looking for examples of best practice of health inequalities training for non-clinical staff. They are keen to hear about examples of best practice, to allow them to understand where gaps might exist. This is part of NHS England’s long-term ambition to embed capability within the healthcare workforce to improve the health of the population and reduce inequalities.
The team are keen to hear from those who may only address health inequalities, as well as those who offer training across multiple inequalities and are very keen to promote training informed by lived-experience and training being offered by VCSE organisations to a wider audience.
If you or a team member are aware of or provide training aiming to increase health inequalities awareness for non-clinical staff, you can share information about your training offer in their survey by Thursday 29th February 2024. The survey is available here
