The Carers Partnership launching new resource

The Carers Partnership, fellow members of the VCSE Health and Wellbeing Alliance, are hosting a webinar to launch their new resource -‘Identifying and supporting unpaid carers in England and improving integrated system working’  on Wednesday 19th February from 1-2pm.

The new resource is aimed at healthcare professionals, bringing together learning, other resources and knowledge the Partnership has gathered as part of it’s ongoing work to improve the identification, recognition and involvement of unpaid carers across a range of health and care settings. It is hoped the new resource will allow professionals and practitioners to easily find information on how they can better support unpaid carers, in turn reducing the health inequalities carers face.
