New Carers Partnership resource: Identifying and supporting unpaid carers in England to improve integrated system working

Following their launch event, the Carers Partnership, fellow members of the VCSE Health and Wellbeing Alliance, are pleased to share that their new resource, Identifying and supporting unpaid carers in England to improve integrated system working is now available for professionals to access and use. The resource can be found on the Carers Trust and Carers UK websites as well as on the NHS Futures Platform. 

The resource itself brings together the learnings, resources, and knowledge gathered to date from the projects the Carers Partnership have completed over the last three years. It is designed to better enable professionals and practitioners to easily find information on how they can better support unpaid carers, in turn reducing the health inequalities that carers face.
