Have your say in the biggest ever conversation on the future of the NHS

Change NHS was launched in October 2024 to hear your views, experiences, and ideas which will shape a new 10 Year Health Plan for England to build a health service fit for the future.

It’s not too late to get involved. To help finalise the Plan, Change NHS want to hear your views on the emerging ideas from the engagement so far. Head to Change NHS to tell them your priorities for change in a quick survey. Your priorities need to be given by 5pm on Monday 14th April.

You can also find some of the earlier surveys which can still be completed on the website – these initial surveys will also close on the 14th April.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of what is already the biggest ever conversation about the NHS, with over 190,000 contributions from members of the public and those working in health and care so far.
